Add steps using the sidebar, then drag them to arrange and link them to create the troubleshooting flow.
Click "Add Step" in the sidebar to create a new node. Each node represents one action in your troubleshooting SOP. Select a node to edit its title, description, and type in the right panel.
Click the "Link" button on any node to start drawing a connection. Then click the target node to create an arrow. This shows the flow of your SOP. Remove connections in the right panel.
Drag nodes in the sidebar list to reorder their sequence. On the canvas, drag nodes to reposition them freely. Use "Auto Layout" to reset the layout to a clean top-down flow.
Click "Save" in the header to save your work to localStorage. Create multiple charts with "New Chart" and switch between them using the dropdown. Charts persist across browser sessions.
